Good cloth quality but poor printing quality

I have bought two tote bags. The fabric is soft. But one of them is printed on a dirty cloth, which damages the “Blue Door” print. Quite disappointed!

Bought as gifts and some for myself of course! Everyone loves it. Size is big enough for food shopping. Easy to stow away in handbag to use when needed.
