Due to the international nature of most of our orders, we are unable to accept returns. The complexity and cost of international shipping make it unfeasible for us to offer this service and not economical for you either to send your bag back to us!
If your bag arrives and it is faulty, please send us a photo illustrating the fault at firstname.lastname@example.org Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement bag to you. However, we kindly request that you cover the postage costs for the replacement.
Damages and Issues

As we do not accept returns, the best way to get the item you want is to place a new order for it.
